About the Photographer

Boudoir Photography

Every woman has beauty and the power to be provocative. Let me capture your beauty and create images that you and your loved one will treasure for years to come.

Boudoir photography makes a great sexy gift for you and/or your significant other. Many women, perhaps trying to rekindle the romance, get boudoir photos as a gift for their lovers. Others just want to give a fun and sexy present, either for birthday or anniversary. Weight loss excitement can also prompt some women into wanting to take a few adventurous boudoir photos and show off their new bodies to document their change.

We create
empowering, sexy and classy portraits. Our aim is to capture you as a confident, sexy woman and make you feel fabulous. Our goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming environment for you so you can really enjoy your photo shoot.

Cost

Session price is $225 which includes up to 2 1/2 hours of boudoir photography, all images in full resolution with touch ups and editing on a disk. Prints and albums can be ordered through de Lorenzi Photography or you can choose to have them printed yourself. Albums available at an extra charge.

Want to save a little? Bring a friend for a double or triple boudoir session for $175 per person. We will alternate on each scene. Be prepared to stay longer. The session may take up to 3 1/2 hours.

FAQ

Can I just have photos that meet my comfort level?

Although many of our clients choose to pose in lingerie for an authentic “boudoir” look, you don’t have to.  If a modest or conservative style of sexy is your thing, we can do that, too!  We always find just the right mix to get the look you want.  How revealing your pictures are is completely up to you.

What if I don’t have the perfect body?

You don’t have to have the so-called “perfect” body to look absolutely stunning in our Boudoir and Glamour images. Not to worry, our job is to minimize certain attributes and maximize others. Our goal is to make you happy with the final images.

What location choices do I have?

Boudoir sessions can take place at photographer’s home studio, the client’s home, or anywhere else that you have access to. Choose all of the above; it’s all up to you. The most important factor in determining location is to make sure it is comfortable, and that there are as few distractions as possible.  We’ll go over options for locations as no two photo shoots are the same.

What outfits or items should I bring?

One key element to keep in mind as you decide what to bring is the story you want your photographs to tell.  Of course you will look great no matter what, but each client is unique so feel free to express that!  If you are a lingerie kind of girl, bring in some garter belts and heels.  If you are the outdoorsy type, bring in some of your gear.  If your partner has a uniform, try to sneak it away for a few hours.  Items with emotional value are also great to bring as we can easily highlight things such as rings, dog tags, a special bottle of wine, etc.  Search the web for ideas. Try to bring more than you will even think you need. These are just a few of the ideas.

Can I bring someone with me?

You are free to bring anyone with you whom you feel will add to your enjoyment of the boudoir session without distracting you or the photographer. In our experience, however, having boyfriends, husbands, and sometimes best friends on the set can tend to make the subject a bit self-conscious during the session.  It's totally up to you.

Who will see my pictures?

Your pices are for you. We will not use them for promotion unless you want to give us permission in writing.

How many pictures will I recieve?

Around 40 to 75 fully touched up to perfection.

Relaxed atmosphere

I’ve found background music is great for setting the mood and creating a relaxed atmosphere.  After your make-up is applied I’ll turn on some background music.

And Finally Some Dos And Don’ts

Do have your hair looking fantastic when you arrive.

Do visit a beautician and treat yourself to a manicure etc.

Do wear loose comfortable clothing.

Do bring a robe or large blouse/shirt to wear between being photographed.  This may make you more comfortable.

Do bring several changes of lingerie and any props you may wish to use.

If you would like, have someone bring and collect you from your boudoir session.  You’ll feel less inhibited without having friends or family watching you or worse attempting to get involved telling you what to do.  However having someone know exactly where you are will help you feel more comfortable.

Do not wear underwear that will leave marks on your skin especially if you intend to pose for implied nude or beyond.  This is especially important for bras that can leave marks around the back and shoulders.  These take a long time to subside.
